CUBE’s first regional report – Bavaria

This regional report is published in German and covers 5 areas for improvement

We are pleased to announce, that we recently published our first CUBE ideas regional report, analysing and evaluating more than 250 ideas collected in Bavaria, Germany; in spring 2019 during a project with the Regional Centre for Political Education.

This regional report is published in German and covers 5 areas for improvement: More respect for youth; Making politics younger; More digital participation possibilities and better information; Lowering voting age; and Improving political education in schools. Additionally, we included exciting ideas on improving civil society and the EU that wouldn’t fit those categories.

We’re in the process of compiling a report in English that will not only include the insights of the Bavaria report but analyse ALL ideas we have collected in workshops with more than 2500 participants during the past 3.5 years. Based on this report, we will launch a political campaign and lobby for specific participation demands.

“We’re in the process of compiling a report in English that will… analyse ALL ideas we have collected in workshops”

To make our voice and legitimation even stronger, we’ll ask partner organisations engaging with youth and minority issues to join our campaign. It’s important to keep in mind that minority voices remain those least heard in political processes – and we’ll do our best to level them up!
