CUBE wins its first Erasmus+ funding

We are beyond excited to announce that our first Erasmus+ project gets funded!

Together with CODE 043, JEF Belgium and European Alternatives we’ll conduct a transregional youth dialogue project in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and France.

This project focuses on bringing young people of different nationalities and social backgrounds together with decision-makers in border regions.

Even though geographically close, young people are often not connected with each other despite their similar interests and concerns. Our main activity is a 3-day Agora event that brings together young participants from four European regions (North Rhine-Westphalia; Limburg; Paris; Brussels) with local and regional decision-makers, as well as European decision-makers connected to youth issues.

The Agora provides a space for youth participation where a transnational youth community pushes their common vision of youth participation forward and discusses different aspects of participation with a diverse group of decision-makers. The Agora event will be open to the general public, engaged via the regional dialogues taking place in preparation for the Agora.

Even though #Covid19 will certainly impact our project as it does everything, we look forward to providing #space and #participation for all in our EU #borderregion! Stay tuned!

Our work wouldn’t be possible without our partner Studio Europa – A big shoutout to European cooperation! And to those who believe in grassroots activism for youth!
